RED (Risk Evaluation Database)
RED is Parramatta Mission’s online system for reporting incidents, risks, complaints/compliments and more.
You can use RED to lodge an online query or report about anything that concerns you if you think it’s risky, hazardous, or threatening.
You can make a report about:
- WHS Issues, hazards or near misses
- Incidents
- Compliments and Complaints
