The following terms and conditions apply:
- Accommodation rates are $90 per night, $630 per week
- Upfront weekly payment required
- A minimum stay of 21 nights (3 weeks). If the stay is shortened due to unforeseen circumstances, any monies paid up front on a pro rata basis will be refunded
- Security deposit/bond of $500. Refundable following satisfactory inspection
- Exit Cleaning Fee of $180
- Payment via cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Cheques, American Express or Diners Club cards are not accepted
- For people living more than 100km away, you may be entitled to claim IPTAAS (Isolated Patients Travel and Accommodation Assistance Scheme). Visit www.health.nsw.gov.au/living/transport/iptaas for more information. The full accommodation fee is payable to Wesley Apartments. Claims for reimbursement should be lodged directly with IPTAAS
