Changes to Service (COVID-19)

As you know, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been and continues to be significant and widespread. The situation is changing rapidly and these are undoubtedly testing times for all service providers, given the impact COVID-19 is having on the way we live and provide support.

Paramatta Mission NDIS service is committed to ensuring that our NDIS participants continue to receive their NDIS services throughout the pandemic and afterwards.

We currently offer phone and online support to NDIS participants for both Group Support and Support Coordination. Some of our group activities have resumed with limited numbers – for groups and how to book see our calendar HERE

We also offer telehealth appointments to NDIS participants for Therapeutic Support, Exercise Physiology, and Specialist Support Coordination.

If you would like to discuss our services further or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via ndis@parramattamission.com.au or on 1800 51 21 51. Following our initial contact, we will send you our NDIS participant’s Service Agreement for completion. Online and phone services can start immediately after the Service Agreement has been endorsed.

We will continue to update you on any new developments that may impact your ability to access our services.
